Stephen has excellent knowledge of North Camp and surrounding areas and was able to advise a very accurate and realistic market price for the property that I sold. I had many viewings weekly for the property that I had on the market during August to October last year, for each of the viewings I received honest and genuine feedback via Stephen which was really useful. Stephen and the team were always very considerate when booking people in to come and view my property that was for sale and quickly became aware of my preferred times and it was never a problem if a proposed time was inconvenient. Then when it came to buying a property, again through Osbornes, the whole team were fabulous at booking in the viewings for the properties that we wanted to see, and always knowledgeable about the properties and the areas that we were looking! Absolutely - 100% recommend their services, and would definitely use Osbornes again in the future..... not that that will be anytime soon, as we love our new home!
