Stephen has excellent knowledge of North Camp and surrounding areas and was able to advise a very accurate and realistic market price for the property that I sold. I had many viewings weekly for the property that I had on the market during August to October last year, for each of the viewings I received honest and genuine feedback via Stephen which was really useful. Stephen and the team were always very considerate when booking people in to come and view my property that was for sale and quickly became aware of my preferred times and it was never a problem if a proposed time was inconvenient. Then when it came to buying a property, again through Osbornes, the whole team were fabulous at booking in the viewings for the properties that we wanted to see, and always knowledgeable about the properties and the areas that we were looking! There are many different estate agents out there and all of varying quality of service. Stephen at Osbornes was brilliant and I would thoroughly recommend him. He sold the flat well, he was professional, courteous and made himself always available. The sale process wasn't the quickest. This wasn't his fault, but he communicated at all times and didn't get frustrated throughout the process which was great for the seller and Buyer. He also always maintained a sense of humour throughout which meant all dealings were enjoyable. Thanks!
